After researching the artist Keld Helmer-Peterson and looking at his series on Black Light, we decided to take some photographs with the DSLR cameras that we were fortunate enough to take home with us during this lock down.
With these photographs, we were able to import them into the free browser app Photopea, as unfortunately we are unable to access Photoshop from our home computers without paying for a subscription service.

Photopea was easy enough to understand, creating the Black Light photographs was pretty simple as we just had to go to the Image tab, then adjustments and threshold.
To alter the threshold, there is a slider to alter if you would like more whites or more blacks added to your image.

The Black Light technique worked better with some photographs than it did others. Some of the flowers turned out very abstract and a lot of them are no longer recognisably flowers.
The photograph of the chair did not turn out great, as it is very unclear what the image is, but the photograph of myself and the swan turned out very nice and clear.
